Changed name Maria to Myra but was generally known as 'Sunnie'.
Myra was nanny to the Charles Birks family who lived at Vanbrugh Park, Greenwich, ENG. They asked her to go with them, in 1910 (?), to South Australia where they owned the large Charles Birks department store in Rundle Street (now Rundle Mall). The store was later sold to David Jones who later built a new store, a little further east, on the former John Martins site.
Myra's marriage to Ted Peake in 1911 probably influenced her parents' decision to emigrate to South Australia.
Sailed from Adelaide to London with her husband on the Osterley, arriving 5 Sep 1921.
Returned on the Maloja with her husband & daughter departing London 9 Apr 1926.
